SWG New UEF (v.28 June 2018)

The Parish Council will be submitting an application to Wiltshire Council to request a formal right of way at the cut through next to the takeaways at Morgan’s Vale. To assist with the application, evidence is required of its current usage including the length of time is it has been used. A public right of way can be claimed based on user evidence providing it has been in use by the public “as of right” for 20 years or more without interruption. The Council is aware it is used by many people especially parents taking their children to Morgan’s Vale Primary School and by the secondary school children to go to and from the Morgan’s Rise bus stop. If you have personally used the cut through or you are happy to confirm its usage by others, please could you complete the attached User Evidence Form and return to me so it can be submitted with the Council’s application. Thank you.
